Kingston.
Five prisoners escaped from the Portmore police lock up at St Catherine around 3 o'clock this morning.
They are Alvae Smith of Point Hill, St Catherine, Shannon Campbell of 10 Marl Road Gordon Pen Spanish Town, Mario Duhaney of Lime Lane, Newlands, Portmore, Lance Nicholson of Gregory Park, St Catherine and Ronaldo Thompson of March Pen Road, St Catherine .
The Police are asking persons with information on the whereabouts of these wanted men to contact Crime Stop at 311, Kingfish at 811 or Police Control at 119.
The men reportedly cut their way to freedom.
