Georgetown: Ambasador to Brazil, and former Minister of Local Government Kellawan Lall has been recalled to Guyana to head the government’s public relations (PR) and communications apparatus.
Officials disclosed that Lall will be enhancing the government’s failing public relations department. This is the result of an onslaught by the opposition parties and governments capacity to mount an effective public relations campaign.
