Dominica : Information just recieved that former parliamentarian Elford Henry has died.
He died at the Princess Margaret Hospital a few hours ago.
He served a parliamentary representative for Wesley for many years.
A farmer, he was actively involved in the banana industry and local government.
Henry served as chairman of the Banana Industry Trust, was a member of the Board of Directors of the AID Bank, and a former operations manager at the then Dominic Banana Marketing Corporations.
