East Bank Demerara : Five Americans Citizens today appeared before Magistrate Leslie Sobers at the Providence Magistrates’ Court, East Bank Demerara on separate charges of trafficking in narcotics.
The four remanded are Gregory Hoyte, Adrian Roberts, Melissa Geria, and Shaniqua Johnson. Dawn Sunara, a nurse by profession was granted $2M bail and will return to court on November 20, 2012.
All the defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges and were all outgoing passengers to New York on October 12.
