Effective from midnight Sunday motorist are paying more gasoline but less for diesel. Diesel is now being retailed at $2.77 per litre a decrease of 8 cents while kerosene cost $1.79 cents a litre a saving of 11 cents.
The price of gasoline has increased from $3.07 to $3.09 per litre. Consumers are however paying more for liguefied petroleum gas (LPG) , the price of the 100 pound cylinder has risen by $4.11 to $200.83, a 25 pound cylinder and a 20 pound cylinder now cost $55.31 and $44.40 an increase of $1.84 and $1.53 respectively.
