Georgetown : The man whose body was found with his private parts missing on the Georgetown Seawalls Foreshore yesterday has been identified as Andrew Erskine, 53 years, of Fourth Avenue, Subryanville, Georgetown.
The police are still investigation the circumstanses how the man met his death.
