Government must cut Public Sector jobs

Bridgetown.

The Government of Barbados must cut jobs in the public in an attempt to end its fiscal headache this is the view of Ryan Straughn presisent of the Barbados Economic Society.

According to Straughn, Barbados is in a hole and it is time for the Government to stop digging and start looking for a rope or ladder to get out.

He accused the administration of not taking the tough action of public sector jobs but was instead taxing people which is reducing people's disposable income while inflation had hit the eight percent mark.
