A building complex which houses 11 Government ministries and ten departments, is up for sale to recover almost $68 millions owned to Barrack Construction by the National Housing Corporation (NCH).
Al Barrack, the managing director of Barrack Construction's has express concerns that the current economic conditions might not be in his favour.
The court made the order to sell the building last June 20, the sale of the complex will be conducted by Barrack's lawyers under the supervision of the court.
Barrack told Trackker News that the sale was necessary as cost were rising on a daily basis on the sum of money awarded to him by arbitration back in 2006.
