Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI), the Nation’s supplier of Water and Sanitation Services, is advising customers that due to fluctuations in electricity GWI water production sites cannot facilitate normal service.
Sections of Georgetown as well as East Bank Demerara from Agricola to Timehri are experiencing water service disruptions due to Guyana Power and Light (GPL) power fluctuations.
Normal service will return when GPL restores full power to GWI water production site.
GWI apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
