Prominent gynecologist Dr Wayne Welch appeared in the District A Magistrate Court charged with three counts of indecent assault.
Welch, 60, was required not to plead to the charges which are indictable. He was released on $15,000 bail with one surety..
Welch was also required to surrender his travel documents, and report to the District F police station every Wednesday by 10 am.
Magistrate Douglas Frederrick warned Welch not to communicate with the three complainants while the matter is before the court.
Welch is expected to return to court on November 4. The incidents are alleged to have taken place between February and July last year.
