Berbice : The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Cattle-farmer Bernard Mathieson, 40 years of Phillipi, Corentyne, whose headless body was found in a canal at Mibicuri South, Black Bush Polder, Berbice last night.
Bernard Mathieson had been reported to the police as missing on Sunday August 14, 2011.
The body is at the Skeldon Hospital Mortuary as the investigations continue.
