Cricketers in court again

Port-of-Spain: Trinidad and Tobago cricketer, Runako Morton and Leeward Islands allrounder, Tonito Willet have re-appeared before magistrate Debbie Ann Bassaw at the Port-of-Spain Magistrate's Court, alongside two other accused, Nicole Branch and Janelle Thomas on drug charges.

The cricketers were represented by attorney Sushilla Jadoonanan.

They are charged with possesssion of 407 grams of marijuana found in a car in which they were travelling on March 12th. The four all pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The passports belonging to the cricketers were returned to them.

The matter has been adjourned to June 17th.
