Georgetown- It is said to be a dangerous precedent for rape victims. This is how a number of woman right activists and organisations are viewing the Chief Justice's ruling blocking a rape charge intended for police commissioner Henry Greene. Chang is his ruling considered the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Shalimar Hack’s decision to charge Greene illegal, saying she used statements that were inadmissible, insufficient and irrelevant against the top cop.
There are many who are outraged at the state of affairs even claiming that some big ones have been paid off to save Greene from the embarrassment. Some who protested in front the High court said that the ruling appears to be a political move.
