Cruise ship arrivals to Barbados are expected to drop by 33 percent this summer.Chief Executive Officer of the Bridgetown Cruise Terminal, Geoffrey Roach, told with the cancellation of the Royal Caribbean Ship for the summer, only the Carnival Ship is visiting the island on Wednesday.
Roach said this development is a serious decline in business for the operators of the Cruise Terminal.
According to Roach, the management of the facility had used the the time to prepare for the winter season and to carried out maintenance and upgrade the Terminal.
