Cuban Raul Garcia, is thinking about going on a hunger strike to express his frustration at the length of time it is taking the Government to compete the facility to house him after he is release from Dodds Prison, St Philip.
Last February, Garcia when on a hunger strike for 27 days ending it only after the Government agreed to house him at a location outside of Dodds Prison, a house in the Garrison area has been identified but has not yet been competed.
The 57 year old Garica has competed a 15 year drug sentence for trafficking drugs into Barbados but remains incarcerated because Cuba the land of his birth, or the United States where he was raised would not allow him to enter either countries
