Toronto gets ready to host the 12th Annual IIFA awards; this event is being hosted in North America for the first time. The build up to the event started three months ago when 25,000 tickets sold out in less than 10 minutes!
As the stars begin to arrive at the Rogers Centre, the fans continue to look for their favourite stars including Anil Kapoor the star of Slumdog Millionaire, who was the IIFA organizer for Toronto. However, the majority are on the look-out for A-list actor Shahrukh Khan , nominated for Best Male Actor and his movie “My Name is Khan” nominated for Best Picture.
Salmon Khan, Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor, is not scheduled to appear tonight at the IIFA Awards. Although, there will be many performances by notable actors and singers, which many fans are anticipating with high excitement.
