Georgetown: As the new month begins, and the Phagwah festival approaches with a Kaleidoscope of colors, on the 27th of March (Phagwah day) at the national stadium, Guyana will be experiencing a Mega event! From the company that brought you CeCe Wayans, comes Phagwah Festival Guyana.
Inspire Inc. is providing the forum where all Guyanese from the length and breadth of Guyana can unite at one common place to celebrate the grandeur of phagwah and all it colours, with their family and friends.
