Two Jamaicans men Rory Mosiah King, 34 and Christopher Mark McGeady, 45 were jail for trafficking and the importation of drugs when they appeared in the District B Magistrates' Court earlier this week.
Four pounds of cannabis were found in five taped packages strapped to the waist of King by Customs officials at the Grantley Adams International Airport (GAIA) when he arrived in Barbados on July 29.
He sentenced to 24 months in prison for trafficking, 24 months for importation and 18 months for intent to supply.
A search by Customs officials on McGeady at the GAIA on July 29 turned up four pounds of the illegal drug strapped to the waist , he was also sentenced to 24 months for trafficking, 24 months for imporation and 18 months for intent to supply.
