The Joint Services this morning laid siege to the blockaded Region 10, which has since sparked another round of massive disruptions.
According to reports, there was a plethora of tear smoke canisters lobbed by ranks in an attempt to commence a clearing exercise.
The fallout has since left three buildings destroyed by fire as the siege continues.
Caribbean Trakker has managed to confirm that the building belonging to the Guyana Revenue Authority, the Linden Electricity Corporation and another said to belong to former treason accused Phillip Bynoe have all been completely destroyed.
The move this morning by the Joint Services comes just hours after the army’s helicopter was used to rain down pamphlets calling for “Safety and Security”
Caribbean Trakker will update as information becomes available.
