Justice Margaret Reifer will today interview two Barbadian families who are willing to house Cuban refugee Raul Garcia after he is released from the custody of the Immigration Department.
The families must convince the judge that they are persons of good repute who are also in a financial position to take care of Garcia once he is released from the Immigration Department.
If Justice Reifer is convinced that one of families can provide for the Cuban, it will pave the way for his release from the custody of the Immigration Department.
Justice Margaret Reifer will hear from the families in the No. 9 Supreme Court at 9:30 a.m.
