The judicial manager of CLICO International Life Insurance Limited, Deloitte Consulting Limited represented by Oliver Jordan and Patrick Toppin, has filed a restructuring plan for the company in the High Court of Barbados.
Jordon told Trackker News, "We have recommended a course of action that we believed to be most advantageous to the company's policyholders and ated will now await its approval by rhe court".
Jordan added that the filling of the plan, was in keeping wth Section 5 of the Amended Order for Appointment of a Judicial Manager April 29,2011, which stated that the judicial manager should provide an interim report to the court within 90 days of its appointment.
