Georgetown: Jumo Primo has successfully defended his title of Carib Soca Monarch on Saturday night at the National Park.
He proved to be a major force to be reckoned with if anyone thinks snatching his crown. Primo’s winning soca was “Fireworks” which was what he gave patrons in attendance.
Seventeen 17 contestants vied for the number one spot. Being the final contestant on stage Primo stepped onstage with fireworks, girls on big bikes, and dancers on the stage. Primo had the crowd going wild, he was doing exactly what they came out to see, him entertain the crowd. His performance lasted for about eight to 10 minutes.
