Richard Arthur, the brother of Leader of the Oppostion Barbados Labour Party Owen Arthur, was arrested and charged yesterday evening after the police found over 102 assorted rounds of ammunition at his home in Maynards, St Peter.
He is expected to appear in the Holetown Magistrates Court today today to answer charges of illegal possession of ammunition.
, Aurthur 50, was the losing candididate for the then ruling Barbados Labour Party in the 1999 General Election in the northern parish of St Lucy.
