Mahdia : Berry Williams of Mahdia died today at the Georgetown Public Hospital after being admitted and treated for a gunshot wound.
Williams who was suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen, was brought out by two men from the Kunuwak Backdam, Mahdia,yesterday to the Mahdia Hospital. He was later transferred to the GPHC.
The police have recovered an unlicensed .38 revolver with a spent shell at Kunuwak Backdam and the two men have been arrested. They are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
