Michael Andrew Allman, of Chadderton Road, Carrington Village, St Michael, was released on bail when he appeared in the Bridgetown Traffic Court before Magistrate Douglas Frederick yesterday evening.
The 59 year old teacher was not required to plead to unlawfully committing an act of serious indecency on a child who was nine years old, between February 10 and March 17, 2010.
There was no objection to bail and Alllman was released with a surety of $10,000, his passport was confiscated.
