Siparia: A 30-year-old man, Andy Dean has appeared before a Justice of the Peace for the murder of his wife Trichelle Campbell-Dean. The 28-year-old nurse was strangled to death before she was buried in a shallow grave.
Dean appeared before Justice of the Peace Boodlal Balkaran this morning for the murder which took place sometime between May 22nd and May 27th.
He was not called upon to plead since the charge was laid indictably. He will appear before a Siparia Magistrate tomorrow.
Police say Dean had filed a missing persons' report saying his wife had gone missing. Last Friday her decomposing body was found in a shallow grave in a forested area in Palo Seco, after Dean reportedly confessed to the murder.
