Man died after vehicle toppled in hinterland trail

Mabura : Two persons are hospitalized while another died after a vehicle toppled at 58 Miles, Mabura.

According to a police report Trevon Morris of “B” Field, Sophia and Lawrence Harris, of Waterloo Street, Georgetown, were in motor vehicle PJJ 571 driven by Jermaine Prince of Oronoque Street, Georgetown, when the driver lost control of the vehicle which turned turtle, resulting in injuries to all three occupants.

Trevon Morris was pronounced dead at the Mabura Health Centre, while Lawrence Harris and Jermaine Prince were air dashed out to Georgetown by the Guyana Defense Force helicopter.

They have been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital for medical treatment.
