Vanzell Codrington, 29, of Kirtons No 2,St Philip is Barbados' first road fatality for 2012, he died early this morning in a smash up with four cars between the Lowland junction and the Henery Forde Roundabout at Newton Christ Christ, on the ABC Highway.
