Michael Clarke of Casries Road, Cave Hill, St Michael, is Barbados 19th road fatality for the year.
Clarke involved in an accident with a motorcycle ridden by Ron Lithcott, while crossing the Cummins section of the ABC Highway around 7.45 last night.
His death came hours after the General Insurance Assocation of Barbados (GIAB) appealed to all road users: motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians to exercise extreme caution on the use of the road,
