Berbice : Ranks of a mobile police patrol saw a man on a bicycle with a bag in his possession at Vryheid Public Road, New Amsterdam, Berbice. As the patrol approached the man dropped the bag and the bicycle and escaped.
The bag was searched and found to contain 3 kilograms 401 grams of cannabis sativa (marijuana).
