East Coast Demerara : At about 8:00 am today the body of James Phill, 61 years of Dazzell H/Scheme, ECD, was found in a motor car that he was driving and which was submerged in a canal at Hope, ECD.
It is suspected that James Phill lost control of the vehicle which plunged into the canal with him trapped inside.
