Georgetown : Allister Burke, 26 years of Mahaicony, ECD, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and appeared before Magistrate Clyde Nurse at the Mahaica Magistrate court this morning.
He pleaded ‘not guilty’ and was remanded to prison until March 11, 2013.
The charge stemmed from investigations into a fatal accident that occurred on February 16, 2013, at Mahaicony and which resulted in the death of Troy Fraser, 13 years, of Mahaicony.
