Greville Headley was remanded to Dodds Prison, St Philip when he appeared in the Dristrict A Magistrates Courts yesterday.
He is accused of committing serious bodily harm to his brother Michael Albert, who died after a fire following a dispute at their Country Park Towers.St Michael home, following a dispute last Wednesday.
Headley will reappear in court on February 24.
