Georgetown : At about 5:15a.m today Inshan Ramlakhan, 21 years, of Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara, was walking along the Railway Embankment, Blygezight, Georgetown, when he was attacked by a man armed with a handgun.
He was held up and shot to his left shoulder by the perpetrator who took away three cell phones and $8,000.00 and escaped on a bicycle.
Inshan Ramlakhan has been admitted to hospital.
