Georgetown : At 8:15pm yesterday, Emil Mendez was walking along Stanley Place, Kitty, when he was held up by a man armed with firearm and who demanded his valuables.
Emil Mendez put up a resistance during which he was shot to his abdomen by the armed man who escaped.
Mendez has been admitted to hospital as the investigations continue.
