Georgetown : A man will be placed before the courts today charged for the possession of illegal fire arm and matching rounds.
Ranks of a mobile police patrol saw the man riding a bicycle and acting in a suspicious manner at Festival City, Georgetown, yesterday afternoon.
As the police approached him, the man dropped the bicycle and attempted to escape. He was however pursued and arrested and an unlicensed .38 revolver and three .38 matching rounds were found in his possession.
