Georgetown: Investigators are examining the possibilty that Rudolph Brown called "Birdman" who stabbed Seema Singh to death Sunday morning may be mentally disturbed. The question for them is whether he went beserk and snapped before the stabbing or after. But this did not spare him from being charged for the brutal murder. So far investigators have not requested a medical evaluation and believe that the dreadlock man may be putting up an act to avoid prosecution for his crime. These concerns surface after yesterday's performance in court after the murder accused requested the Magistrate to wait for the dead victim to come to court to explain what happened. A bizzare courtroom watched the performance, some saying that perhaps he went insane after killing the woman. The Preliminary Inquiry begins June 30.
