Minibus driver on the run after racing into a trench.

Georgetown- Passengers in a route 40  minibus heading from Kitty to Georgetown got a scare of their life last evening when the driver who was racing with another bus lost control and ended up in a nearby trench infront the Botanical gardens. The driver who was irate said he was braced by another bus and lost control, but passengers who escaped unhurt refuted his claim saying that he was racing with the other bus when the accident occured. People at the scene said that the driver was overloaded and speeding. He escaped before the police arrived
