Minister of Culture Stephen Lashley has called upon bandleaders to implement a code of conduct to stamp out lewd behaviour during the Crop Over festivities.
"I think that what organizers should do at the onset is to meet with the bandleaders and encourage them to adopt a certain code of conduct and ensure that is signed by all members of the band", Lashley told Trakker News.
