Prime Minister Freundel Stuart announced five changes to the Cabinet last night during a nationally televised broadcast.
Denis Kellman who came into the Cabinet in January for an ailing Denis Lowe, now has the responsibility for Industry, Small Business and Rural Development.
Lowe, has been reappointed the Mininister of Environment and Drainage, losing Water Resources to Dr David Estwick who stays as Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
Minister of Housing and Lands Michael Lashley has been relieved of Urban and Rural Development.
Dr Esther Byer-Suckoo, retains the Ministry of Labour with Social Security added to her portfolio.
The Prime has added Urban Development to his portfolio, the shifts in ministerial portfolios goes into effect from June 15.
