Dead is Ivan Ephard who was driving his motor cycle when it alleged that he attempted to overtake a motor car on the inside, and collided with the vehicle which was turning at the same time.
As a result of the collision Ivan Ephard lost control of the motor cycle. He was thrown off the motor cycle and hit himself on a parked fork-lift.
Ephard was taken to the Mahaicony Cottage Hospital where he later succumbed while receiving medical treatment.
The driver of the motor car is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
