Berbice : Seetal Samaroo age 38 years, of Lot 279 No.2 Village, East Canje, Berbice was arraigned before Her Worship Adela Nagamootoo at New Amsterdam Magistrates’ Court yesterday for Murder committed on Karamchand Pancho called ‘Guru’ age 71 years, of Nigg Settlement, Corentyne, Berbice on Monday May 14th, 2012.
He was not required to plead and will have to return to the New Amsterdam Magistrates’ Court on June 25th, 2012.
Karamchand Pancho called ‘Guru’ was found dead on a poultry farm at No.19 Village, Corentyne, Berbice.
His cause of death was given as ‘Fractured Skull compounded with multiple injuries.
