Dario Herbert, is luckly to be alive after a serious accident yesterday afternoon
Herbert 25, was driving on the Ronald Mapp Highway when his van ran off the road and was impaled on a metal barrier next to Pitcher Gully.
He was removed from his mangled vehicle by members of the Barbados Fire Service and was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Herbert received injuries to his back and legs.
