Georgetown: Neal and Massy Security Solutions, a member of the Neal and Massy Group Guyana this evening launched it's electronic expo under the theme: "Securing Guyana Digitally"! The group of companies is placing heavy emphasis on health, safety and the environment.The expo is geared towards providing support for security development in Guyana through advance technology and equipment.
The equipment include CCTV, panic and fire alarms, detectors, personal protection devices among many others. In his address at the launching ceremony CEO of the company Deo Persaud said that Neal and Massy stands ready to support the security development of the country and that while new companies come on stream the best protocol of occupational health and safety is essential to avoid any legal liability. He pointed out that while the age of advanced security solutions has taken over the security industry, human resources remain a serious challenge.
In his feature address to open the expo Minister of Labour Mansoor Nadir, commended the company for it's vision and explained that it's range of security equipment will definitely enhance the security and make the workplace safer for 250,000 people currently employed. He said that as the national wealth increases there will be more opportunities for crime, hence the advance equipment to secure lives and premises. In his remarks CEO of Neal and Massy Security Solutions Omdeo Ramdeo said that minimising risk is very important in the industry and therefore the company always look out for the best practices in security solutions and safety at the lowest cost.
