Phillipine: Police say they are awaiting formal complaints from residents in Phillipine, South Trinidad who are reportedly affected by loud music and the sound of helicopters landing at the private home of Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
There are reports that the situation has led to some residents moving out of the area but Public Information Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Sergeant Wayne Mystar says the matter can only be investigated if a formal complaint is made.
