Officials of the market division in the Ministry of Agriculture are meeting with the vendors who operate in market to inform them of the new dates.
Last month Minister of Health Donville Inniss, expressed concerns over the unsanitary conditions in and around the market after touring the area and stated it will be demolish.
Vendors who ply their trade in the market claimed they were not awared about plans for their relocation during the reconstruction period.
