"I take that as my number one job, we have to be able to determine exactly what are the aspirations of nthe people of Trinidad and Tobago in relation to this aagreement, what are are the aspirations of the people of Barbados and, more importantly, what are the aspirations of the fisherfolk in Tobago and those in Barbados", Morris said.
"While we also national interests, we must also look at the wider stage of CARICOM because any agreement should be bilateral ", Morris added.
