There will be no refugee status Jamaican tricker O' Neil Brown and he would not get his wish to be deported.
Brown was back in the District A Magistrates' Court yesterday after pleading guilty on Monday to making a false statement to the Immigration Department on February 16, that he was a Barbadian Tony Ricardo Brathwaite which he knew was untrue.
Acting Magistrate Manila Renee told Brown,"I cannot give you refugee status. Also you asked to be put on a plane and sent back to Jamaica.I cannot do that because it seems when you leave you come back in".
Renee remand Brown to HMP Dodds until tomorrow when she will sentence him for his crime.
