A report prepared by investment analysts for the investment committe of the National Insurance Board (NIS), has recommended the board reect the $50 million investment proposal put forward by the developers of the Four Seasons Project.
According to a source,the investment proposal of the report is slated to go before the investment committe on Wednesday for ratification, ahead of a meeting at the end November. The reported sated that after reviewing the propsal put forward by Avinash Persaud and the rest of the Four Seasons team, analysts are yet convinced of the soundness of the required investment.
"The position seems to be that despite the additional information provided, the analysts are still recommending no", the source told Trackker News. All indications are the matter is far from being resolved, the directors of the NIS board have been summons to a special Cabinet meeting on Tuesday. under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Freundel Stuart to dicuss the Four Seasons prpject.
