Port of Spain: Workers at the St Ann's hospital are in a dilemma as they are not being provided with fresh water. According to the employees, they have not received water in over a month and this is affecting the treatment of more than 150 patients. Ms. Claudine Shepherd states that the lower part of the hospital is receiving pipe borne water, the upper half located on the top of the hill is not. She says she is keeping her fingers crossed that WASA will deliver a truck borne supply later today.
